Return & Refund Policy

This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed through logokalender.de (hereinafter "we" or "provider"). Our products and services are offered exclusively to businesses, professionals, and legal entities (B2B). We do not sell to consumers.

Our advent calendars are individually printed with your company logo, corporate design and/or custom artwork. They therefore constitute goods made to the customer's specifications. Returns or exchanges of custom-printed advent calendars are generally excluded.

You may cancel or modify your order free of charge at any time, as long as you have not yet approved the design preview. Any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.

If your delivery arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved design proof, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, we offer the following solutions:

• Free replacement of defective items
• Redelivery of missing quantities
• Full or partial refund of the purchase price

Obvious defects (e.g. transport damage, incorrect quantity) must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Unprinted sample calendars may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The sample price is fully credited towards a subsequent order.

When a refund is granted, the following terms apply:

• Refund timeframe: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the refund request is approved.
• Refund method: Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account from which the original payment was made.
• Cancellation before print approval: Full refund of any amounts already paid.
• Defective goods: Full or partial refund depending on the circumstances, or free replacement delivery.

We deliver to the following countries:

Delivery is made to the address provided during the order process. Split deliveries to multiple addresses are available on request.

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects in the delivered goods, you are entitled to supplementary performance (repair or replacement). If supplementary performance fails, you may, at your discretion, reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
